Weather Service

Multimap's Weather service gives your users access to international weather forecasts, including an overview in words and icons, temperature (in Celsius or Fahrenheit), and wind speed and direction. It serves as an excellent complement to other location-based services, adding significant value to the end user's experience of your site.

The service is available for most countries and in many languages, and is fully customizable to the look and feel of your web site. Following is an example of the service implemented by Foxhills Club & Resort.

1. Weather Features

• The Weather service covers several thousand weather stations in more than 150 countries, and finds the nearest weather station to the area where your users are searching.
• It calculates outlook, maximum and minimum temperatures, and windspeed.
• The data the weather feed contains is updated at least twice a day.
• Weather is Forecast up to five days in advance.
